1.1 Job allocation is determined by cadres with short or longer positions based on the needs of the work, and they are appointed
No personnel shall engage in picky work behavior (except in special circumstances, but must be confirmed by supervisory personnel)
1.2 The homework personnel must complete the homework according to the homework guidebook or machine operation manual. Changes in homework methods or special technical tasks must be confirmed by the supervisor level personnel before they can be executed.
1.3 Operators must conduct self inspection (including raw material inspection and component inspection) on the assembly line. Operators at each station need to progress to the previous station's operation inspection, and all operators are required to be familiar with their previous and next station's operation content
1.4 Operators must complete the production according to regulations to ensure work efficiency.
When encountering special situations in homework, it is necessary to report to cadres above the rank of leader on time and plead for handling.
1.6 When operators find that they have insufficient materials for their work, they need to report to the material handler, elongation or material requisition personnel one hour in advance to issue materials. They are not allowed to retrieve materials from the material rack without authorization.
